Adrian Schulz is President of Imperial Properties Corp., a Winnipeg-based real estate services firm. With over 20 years of experience across real estate, finance, and technology, he focuses on compliance, operational discipline, and innovation. He holds the ACCI and LCCI designations from the Canadian Condominium Institute and is a member of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), the Institute of Corporate Directors, and the Manitoba Real Estate Association’s Industry Practices Advisory Committee (IPAC). Adrian also serves as a Governor of the Manitoba Club, Canada’s oldest private club. Previously, he hosted the I Love Winnipeg Real Estate podcast.
